Methode is built and led by practicing nurse injectors who believe the best education and support come from people who understand this work from the inside.

Bree — Founder

Nurse Injector · ER/Trauma RN · PMHNP Student

Hi, I’m Bree. I’m a registered nurse with a background in emergency and trauma care, and I currently practice as a nurse injector. Originally from Georgia, I now call Seattle home. I’m also completing a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program, with a growing passion for the intersection of mental health, aesthetics, and whole-person care.

This community began as Allied Injectors Collaborative (AIC) — a grassroots idea rooted in connection, education, and support for injectors who wanted something more collaborative and less competitive. As it grew, so did the vision, evolving into The Methode Collective. A meaningful part of this journey has been my friendship and partnership with Kamila, grounded in shared values, trust, and a belief in community over competition.

I’m grateful for the relationships this community has already created and excited for what’s ahead — education courses, virtual events, and live events in Seattle. Outside of work, I’m a cat mom who deeply values meaningful connection.

Kamila — Co-Founder

Lead Nurse Injector · Founder of The Aesthetics Collective

Hi, I’m Kamila. I’ve lived many lives before becoming an entrepreneur — bartender, recruiter, HR, ER/Trauma/Pulmonary/Float/Travel RN, and former Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations for two start-ups. All of those chapters led me here: working to restore the integrity behind aesthetics.

I’m a solo injector who built my practice on safety, anatomy, and clinical judgment — rooted in understanding the why behind what we do, because good outcomes don’t come from memorizing techniques. Together with Bree, we created a community where asking questions feels less intimidating and finding answers comes with a push to think critically. This space isn’t about hand-holding or hierarchy; it’s about asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and raising the standard of our field together.

In my free time, I love reading (over 100 books last year), spending time with my little family, and catching up with friends over good food and a sweet treat.
